“Gene” practices primarily in the area of residential and commercial real estate. Through the years, he has successfully closed over twelve thousand real estate transactions, welcoming countless new residents to their homes statewide and to the Wilmington area in particular. He has helped thousands of clients start new businesses, form corporations and limited liability companies, negotiate contracts and leases, and buy, sell, or refinance their residences, and has prepared for many of them wills and related estate documents for use in their later years.
